Christina Keibler Fiber Art
39 Aventura Rd.
Santa Fe, NM 87508
I create wearable and visual art in my home studio overlooking the Sangre de Cristo Mountains near Santa Fe. My materials include animal fibers, textiles, paper, wax, and resin; I change the nature of these materials using water, fire, ice, heat, and motion. My wearable art includes unique jewelry, wraps, purses, and scarves, while my visual art includes eco-prints and encaustic abstractions of oceans, deserts, forests, and rivers.
Location and Space
Christina's studio is located in a first-floor sunroom in the back of her home; about three or four people can fit comfortably in her studio, with additional visitors on her adjacent deck, where she will also have pieces displayed (wind-dependent). There is room to park between 5 to 8 cars comfortably in the driveway. River, Christina's rescue dog, will be contained in another portion of the house during the tour, but please be advised if you have allergies. And, while dogs are beloved animals, there is room for only human visitors during the tour. There is one bathroom available for visitors, and the studio is wheelchair accessible (some maneuvering over one door jam will be necessary). Light refreshments will be provided.
The raffle prize being offered by Christina Keibler Fiber Art is a one-of-a-kind pendant and chain, valued at $75.00
