Que Sera Alpacas is a working ranch. We care for approximately 85 alpacas, some belonging to Que Sera, some belonging to other herds boarding here. Our tours include up close and personal visits with the alpacas – you might even get a kiss! We also have a fully stocked retail store offering handmade and commercially produced alpaca products as well as hand spun and mill spun yarns, and a limited supply of spinning supplies including raw fleeces, rovings, and bats . Visiting Artists - Ellen Higgins, Red Canyon Fibers; Rene Sweet Zender, Casa Fiberworks; Cathy Greco, Traci Allen, Pam Grob, Inger Seitz, and Krista Suh. All of our artists will be demonstrating fiber arts – spinning, weaving, crochet, knitting, wet felting, color blendng, plus we will have the fiber prepping equipment set up (weather permitting) so you can see how our yummy fleeces get started on their journey to exquisite finished products. We will also have several hands-on activities for visitors – experience what it feels like to spin yarn, wet felt colorful beads, or help us complete our Fiber Crawl tapestry.

Location and Space
We are located just south of Eldorado at Santa Fe about 3 miles south of I-25 on Hwy 285. We will have vendors and demonstrations throughout the barns and store area. We have about 20 parking spaces plus an overflow area within easy walking distance. And all structures are accessible for most folks with mobility issues.

Raffle Prize
Instead of a traditional drawing for a raffle item, we are planning something different. We are inviting visitors to play a game – NAME THAT FIBER. We’ll ask you to do a blind touch test on a number of fibers – those that get the highest scores win a prize!!!
